[VIDEO] 'Underworld: Blood Wars' trailer brings back Kate Beckinsale in action

Looks like Kate Beckinsale is reborn to star in her new film "Underworld: Blood Wars." Kate will again play the role of Selene as the "Underworld" film return.

As  the lead character of the movie, Selene, played by Kate Beckinsale has undergone a transformation just to save her kind in the payoff trailer of Columbia Picture's "Underworld: Blood Wars," which is expected to be a blockbuster again. According to Gizmodo, the "Underwold: Blood Wars" new trailer features many dark settings, vampires, slow motion gun fights, and of course werewolves.

However, it is notable that Kate Beckinsale's character in the movie goes from North to the wall as it gets some transformation, as per Pop Inquirer. There's a little bit of twist in the film as a new character similar to Elsa from "Frozen" appears.

Meanwhile, through this new character, Selene is "reborn" into a non-stop killer ghost. And as usual, a new villain will rise making this fifth film of 'Underworld' a big hit.

In this "Underworld: Blood Wars" film, which Kate Beckinsale plays the lead role, it then follows Vampire death dealer role of Kate. She will then fend off brutal attacks from both the Lycan clan and the Vampire faction in lots of action. On her side are David (James) and Thomas (Dance), wherein she must stop the eternal war between the Lycans and the vampires and make an ultimate sacrifice.

Together with Kate Beckinsale to star in this action-packed film are Tobias Menzies as "Outlander," Lara Pulver "Da Vinci's Demons," James Faulkner, another "Da Vinci's Demons." Also, Peter Andersson "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Bradley James "Merlin," Daisy Head "The Syndicate," and Clementine Nicholson as "Lena."

Apparently, this 'Underworld: Blood Wars' is directed by Anna Foerster and will be in a cinema on January 6, 2017. With Kate Beckinsale as Selene and also, Theo James is present as the "Divergent" franchise as well as Charles Dance as "Game of Thrones."
