The NBA trade rumors are certainly going at a rapid pace and it seems that some of these rumors are turning out to be true. The recent rumor that showed up stated that the Utah Jazz point guard George Hill might be on his way to the New York Knicks.

If this takes place George will join forces with Derrick Rose, but if Utah jazz lets go of him they are more likely to give up a steady player. Jazz is possibly considering George's experience as a veteran since he has been through playoffs for many seasons in the Pacers as per Headlines and Global News.

George was traded from the Indiana Pacers in a three team deal with Atlanta Hawks; the deal that occurred during offseason was surprising since George had a remarkable stretch with the Pacers. It appears that the deal turned out to be good especially for George because of his impressive numbers being the point guard for Utah Jazz.

The impressive numbers might have got the New York Knicks to turn their eyes on him. However, if the deal goes through there is a possibility that George can increase the competition for other teams playing against the Knicks.

According to Jobs N Hire, George will be a free agent in the summer of 2017, and he might just be one of the top guards available in free agency. There is no doubt about it that he will match perfectly with the Knicks. But there is also a high possibility that his contract will be extended with the Jazz. It is also rumored that the Jazz will pay him another $13 million to secure him for the next season.

It sure looks like George is in demand with the New York Knicks having an eye on him and Jazz considering to extend his contract. Will the NBA star be traded this offseason?
