With Luke Walton as the new head coach, it appears that the Los Angeles Lakers are looking to rebuild their team. The key player on the list is DeMarcus Cousins and it is rumored that the NBA star will be traded to the Lakers.

Lakers will have an advantage and a big improvement if DeMarcus plays as their starting center since the Lakers have been famous in pulling off deals like Wilt Chamberlain, Shaquille O'Neil, and Abdul-Jabbar. They might just get away with DeMarcus as well as per Headlines and Global News.

This opportunity is possible because of the attention was drawn by DeMarcus in his performance, as the NBA star has incredibly performed with his three-pointers, strength, and athleticism; he might just fit in well with the Lakers.

While DeMarcus keeps finding his name all over the trade rumors is also came to notice that D'Angelo Russell, Jordan Clarkson, and Julius Randle have improved themselves. According to YIBADA, the Lakers are looking forward to an exchange for DeMarcus with D'Angelo, Nick Young, and Lou Williams.

As for the Sacramento Kings, if they could acquire D'Angelo they will have a starting guard point for a long time. The rumors stated that the price for DeMarcus is too much, and even if the Lakers send in D'Angelo they will still need to make up for acquiring DeMarcus.

On the other hand, Nick has shown a lot of skills in his defense and Walton has decided to keep Jordan as the explosive scorer for their second unit. It is certain that the trade value for Nick and Lou have increased. However, it is still a question if DeMarcus will be traded to the Los Angeles Lakers or not. There is no confirmation when it comes to NBA trade rumors until and unless it takes place. There will be more updates on DeMarcus and NBA trade.
