Robbie Amell, the actor of Ronnie Raymond aka Firestorm is confirmed to return in "The Flash" Season 3. This is good news for Ronnie Raymond fans, and Danielle Panabaker seems to be very excited too. Amell has been consistently reappearing in this TV show and his return is really not a surprise, but still good news.

Danielle Panabaker has shown her excitement via Twitter post from her official account. Panabaker plays Caitlin, Ronnie Raymond's fiancée. It is said that Amell will be back during a Winter Episode of "The Flash."  Ronnie became Firestorm following the particle accelerator.

After marrying Caitlin, a singularity opened up the world to Earth-2 in which Ronnie destroyed. He died after destroying that. Well that was Ronnie Raymond's first death in the show. His second debut in the show involves a Ronnie Raymond from Earth-2. Ronnie's Doppelganger was revealed to be Deathstorm, a villain from Earth-2 and was killed by the villain Zoom.

With his third comeback, there is still no clue on how Amell's character will be revived. But according to Entertainment Weekly, Ronnie will appear in a different timeline in which he's still alive or we're by a doppelganger from another universe like Deathstorm. There is still no clue on how he will appear in "The Flash" Season 3, but it is certain that he will.

At the Emerald City Comic Con last April, Amell confessed that he prefers to play Firestorm than Deathstorm, "I loved playing Deathstorm but I think it's tougher to have a serious arc if I'm going back as a bad guy, because I just won't last as long,"Amell said. When asked about playing a Marvel hero, Amell said that he is willing to accept the role when given a chance. "The Flash" Season 3 will be aired on Tuesday, January 24 at 8 PM EST.
