Fetty Wap, Alexis Skyy’s Private ScenesTape Gets Leaked: Both Threaten Legal Action

There seems to be a lot of 'personal' problems between rapper Fetty Wap and his ex-girlfriend Alexis Skyy. Clips and images of their 'personal' moments of one of the hottest hip hop couples were doing the rounds on the internet recently and both of them claimed that they had nothing to do with it.

Fetty's lawyers distributed cease and desist letters to those websites who posted the sex tape. That's not all. They have also sent a copy to Alexis and threatened Skky that they will sue her for allegedly releasing the sex tape.

TMZ has in their possession the cease and desist letters Fetty's lawyers had sent to Alexis. "You must IMMEDIATELY STOP the distribution and/or attempted distribution of this alleged video to any and all media outlets," the American rapper's lawyers have threatened Alexis in a strong worded letter.

According to reports byTMZ, Skky's lawyer vehemently said that she is not the one who is responsible for putting up the video online. The attorney also said that now she might also take legal action.   

Skyy too filed a cease and desist letter to her ex-boyfriend, who rose to fame with the single 'Trap Queen' and demanded that the sex tape of the couple soon be taken off from the internet.

Her lawyer states to the 'My Way' rapper's attorney in the document that "the leaked material was most recently under your client's control and, in all likelihood, was released by someone gaining access to the materials through him, with or without his knowledge."

According to a report in hiphopdx, both the parties need to sign and agree to a distribution deal. The rapper is also making sure that none of the participants get to make money off the sex tape.

Fetty's ex-girfriend took to Twitter and Instagram soon after the video got leaked and posted, "All of this is so crazy & embarrassing!! To think SOMEBODY would want to expose my personal life with the world is so disgusting. but I have faith in Gods work & I know I'm covered! Sorry to my family & supporters for this," she tweeted.
