Be prepared for the return of "How To Get Away With Murder" this January 26. The hardcore black female lawyer, Annalise Keating may stay in jail longer than expected.

Season 3 episode 9 ended with a fire on Professor Keating's house killing Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch) and severely injuring the pregnant Laurel Castillo (Karla Souza). The death of Gibbins, one of the main characters in the show, came as a shock to many How To Get Away With Murder fans.

The last episode concluded with Professor Keating locked up in jail. In the recent interview with TVGuide.com, Peter Nowalk revealed that Viola Davis' character might be staying in jail longer.

"You're going to see her in a jumpsuit, I promise you that. And you're going to see her learning how to cope in jail and without a lot of her regular armor," Nowalk said.

The hashtag #WhoKilledWes is used for the promo of the new episode. There were a few suspects in mind, including Professor Keating herself. However, with Frank (Charlie Weber) astray, it is easy to link him to the incident as well.

Nate Lahey (Billy Brown) is also within the vicinity checking in on Professor Keating before the fire. Despite the incident, Bonnie Winterbottom (Liza Weil) seems to remain faithful to her mentor. However, with "How To Get Away With Murder" viewers cannot tell for sure whose acting real and who's telling the truth.

ABC's How To Get Away With Murder Season 3 mid-season premiere "We're Bad People" returns January 26 with the craziest mystery of 2017. In this episode, Annalise Keating has to get away with murder as she is facing a murder case for the death of her beloved student, Wes.

Professor Keating's remaining students will try to face their own problems - that their friend is dead, Laurel is critical and all of them are in danger of being caught for the murder of Sam Keating back in season one.
