'Pokemon Sun and Moon' Latest News On Arrival Of Poke Bank Update; Season 2 Details

The "Pokemon Sun and Moon" Season 2 of special battles was confirmed on January 17; however, in light of this announcement, the fans speculate that an updated Pokemon Bank feature may arrive during the event itself.

The onset of Battle Season 2 is rumored to be the signal of Pokemon Bank's arrival in Pokemon Sun and Moon. Since the event apparently "alters things to allow for the inclusion of Pokémon through the National Pokédex," as per Serebii. Now that Battle Season 2 has started, it is speculated that Pokemon Bank is just on the horizon.

According to the official "Pokemon Sun and Moon" site, the Season 2 of Rating Battle had launched on January 18. The event features more Pokemon. Additionally, instead of the Alolan Pokedex, now the National Pokedex will be used in its place in the Rating Battle.

This means that the players now have a better chance of putting together much stronger teams, as they will have the freedom of choice with a wider Pokemon pool at their disposal,

However, the Alola Pokedex did not have the listing for all known Pokemon for the Rating Battle, so the players may need to rely on older versions of the Alola Pokedex and Pokemon Bank to get back to older teams or even procure better battling creatures. Right now, there is no Pokemon Bank system present in the "Pokemon Sun and Moon".

This is the reason some new support for Pokemon Bank could be released during this new Rating Battle event. A proper Pokemon Bank will be of great help to players in their game who have been able to catch good Pokemon from their previous games and battles.

The Pokemon Bank will allow players to have an external storage box for Pokemon (official in nature). This box works for different generations of the game and allows Pokemon transfers, too. Gamers can claim legendary Pokemon creatures as well if they have played them previously.
