'No Man's Sky' Leak: 2017 Update To Feature High Speed ATVs With High Powered Weapons

Even before Hello Games makes any official announcement regarding updates for its popular game "No Man's Sky," enterprising fans have already unearthed several clues on its possible features. The update is expected to release this year.

According to Express UK, fans discovered several files that indicated that the studio is set to release a ground vehicle to become part of the "No Man's Sky" franchise.

Reddit user eegandj unearthed a file called NMS Leaked Information that references a buggy in the files as well as its additional features that may be featured in the patch.

After smelling the lead, dataminers jumped on the leak and discovered more extensive information from the file, reported Power Up Gaming UK.

Among the upgrades that will be available for the specialist vehicle ATV Jetpack Alpha,ATV Jetpack Beta, ATV Jetpack Gamma, ATV Tune-up Alpha, ATV Tune-up Beta, ATV Tune-up Gamma, ATV Storage, ATV Photon Cannon Alpha, ATV Photon Cannon Beta, ATV Jetpack Alpha, ATV Jetpack Beta, ATV Jetpack Gamma.

The Alpha, Beta, and Gamma versions of the ATV selection offers special features like improved torque and acceleration, higher horsepower, high flow exhaust systems, improved security and weapons systems that are expected to make the gaming experience even more exciting for fans of the franchise.

It hasn't been too long ago that the Foundation update was released by Hello Games which was the first in the series of free updates that the studio had planned for the series.

The update focused on base building across three modes - normal mode, creative mode which enabled players to build a huge base and explore the universe without limits. The survival mode however, provides for a more challenging endurance experience, according to the official No Man's Sky website.

Based on reports, leaks of ground vehicles emerged shortly after the release of the Foundation update.
