It has been over two decades since Princes Charles of Wales brought in Camilla Parker Bowles into the royal circle. However, it appears that people are still not done talking about the things that the Duchess of Cornwall allegedly did in the past. Queen Elizabeth is reportedly appalled by this matter.

Camilla Parker Bowles, the second wife of Prince Charles, has always been battered with controversy. Her great-grandmother, Alice Keppel, was reported to have been King Edward VII's mistress. King Edward VII was the great-grandfather of Queen Elizabeth. There have also been rumors suggesting that the Duchess of Cornwall was always a party girl.

Rumor has it that Queen Elizabeth is horrified that talks about the partying life of Camilla Parker Bowles when she was younger are still being brought up. The rumors go as far as claiming that Prince Charles and Camilla may have hidden a love child in Australia. However, there is no official confirmation on the reports until today.

It appears that the masses are unforgiving of the affair that Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles had while the former was still married to the late Princess Diana. The rumors about Queen Elizabeth being dismayed that Camilla has not gained the sympathy and acceptance of the public are unofficial. Kensington Palace has not yet addressed the speculations.

In an April 2016 report by The New York Post, the journey of Camilla Parker Bowles to the throne was detailed. The excerpt published on the outlet was derived from Christopher Andersen's book "Game of Crowns." The book is an account of the lives of Queen Elizabeth and other royal family members.

The excerpt explains that Lucia Santa Cruz was the person who introduced Camilla Parker Bowles to Prince Charles. Their affair raged on even after the Prince of Wales was married to Princess Diana and Camilla was married to Andrew Parker Bowles. Queen Elizabeth apparently disapproved of the affair.

Following the tragic death of Princess Diana in 1997, Queen Elizabeth allowed Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles to get engaged and later tie the knot. The Queen allowed for the marriage for this condition: Prince Charles would not make Camilla his Queen after he succeeds the throne. It remains to be seen if the so-called "Prince of Darkness" keeps his word.
