It looks like Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge a.k.a. Kate Middleton will not spend Valentine's Day together with Prince William.

According to AOL, Kensington Palace has confirmed that Kate will be visiting a Royal Air Force (RAF) base in Cambridgeshire to meet air cadets on Valentine's Day, as part of her Royal duties. This will mark Kate's third visit to the base since she became Royal Patron and Honorary Commandant of the Air Cadet Organisation in December 2015, after Prince Phillip, the Duke of Edinburgh, stepped down.

Kate will visit the RAF base to meet air cadets from the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Wing Air Training Corps. The cadets are currently taking part in a 6-month long skills development camp.

According to Hello, Kensington Palace released a statement Wednesday, stating "The week acts as an initial 'camp experience' for cadets who are in their first six months of membership. Her Royal Highness will join the cadets as they view a Tutor aircraft, and participate in a personal development training session." Kate will also be flying a flight simulator during the said visit.

This isn't the first time the Royal couple didn't spend the most romantic day of the year, though. Kate spent Valentine's Day alone in 2013, when Prince William, was deployed in the Falklands in 2012. But Kate never really was not alone since she was carrying their first child, Prince George.

However, Cambridgeshire is only 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Kate and William's country house in Anmer Hall. Perhaps the couple has already planned a dinner date only for the two of them, or a family dinner with their kids Prince George, 3, and Princess Charlotte, 1. Furthermore, Kate and William will be together to attend the 2017 BAFTA Film Awards on Feb. 12.
