'24: Legacy' Spoilers: Mizrani Aids Terrorists, Carter Meets Up With Grimes for Intel

"24: Legacy" premiered a trailer during Super Bowl and it was met with fear, worry, and contempt. The trailer revealed a Muslim terrorist invading a white American family's home and killing them. Despite the criticisms, the Super Bowl ad did boost the show's viewer numbers since the video was seen by over 113 million people. The third episode will still be revealed this Monday.

In "24: Legacy" Episode 2 "1:00 PM - 2:00 PM", Eric Carter (Corey Hawkins) is still on the run. The former Army Ranger calls Rebecca Ingram (Miranda Otto) for help. Also, Grimes (Charlie Hofheimer) is offering Eric the USB for two million dollars to be handed to him after just one hour. Rebecca imprisons Mullins (Teddy Sears) after believing him to be the mole, reports Entertainment Weekly.

It turns out, though, that it was Mizrani (Sheila Vand) who leaked information to the terrorists. When Mizrani gets freed, however, she orders Ingram and Shalowitz (Dan Bucatinsky) arrested. Jadalla bin-Khalid (Raphael Acloque) is embracing his later father's jihadist beliefs and earns the respect of his group mates. There are a lot of questionable displays of racial profiling and Islamophobic sentiments during this "24: Legacy" episode.

The show ends with Carter knowing about Nilaa Mizrani and getting trapped in a police precinct's evidence room. The next "24: Legacy" episode, which will be shown on Monday, Feb. 13, will feature Carter being able to escape the police precinct and plans a meet-up with Grimes. Rebecca and Donovan, meanwhile, try to prevent more information leakage from happening.

"24: Legacy" Episode 4 will be released on Feb. 20 and it will be about Grimes telling Carter a vital piece on information that might lead them to the terrorists, according to 24 Spoilers. Rebecca will get her hands on Mizrani again and will interrogate her in Donovan's compound. While waiting for Episode 3, here's the trailer.
