One Direction Louis Tomlinson, Danielle Campbell Split: Eleanor Calder Mainl Reason Behind?

Rumors started flying last month that Louis Tomlinson of One Direction is ending his relationship with "The Originals" actress Danielle Campbell. The split has now been confirmed and Tomlinson's ex-girlfriend, Eleanor Calder, is alleged to be the reason behind their breakup.

For Louis Tomlinson, Eleanor Calder has always been the girl who got away. Even though he could always connect with her on a level he never has with any other girl, Tomlinson and Calder broke up two years ago after a briefly dating each other. Then, Tomlinson had a crazy touring schedule with his One Direction band mates that left him no time for relationship. Although unproven, it was also rumored at the time that Tomlinson had cheated on Calder with another girl, while on tour.

However, sparks started to fly between the two after Eleanor Calder rushed to comfort him after Louis Tomlinson's mother's death in December last year. Calder had always been close to his family and hence she wanted "him to know she is there if he needs anybody to talk to," The Sun reports.

Soon after his mother's death, news of Louis Tomlinson breaking up with Danielle Campbell started to circulate, Dolly reports. Simultaneously, rumors that Tomlinson had begun seeing his ex-girlfriend again spread like wild fire.

Hence, even though it was reiterated that Eleanor Calder's involvement in the One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson's life was way after he had split from Danielle Campbell, one cannot help but wonder if Calder was the reason behind their breakup. Some have even alleged that Tomlinson might have cheated on Campbell during their relationship, with Calder.

Louis Tomlinson has had a tough time coping with his mother's death and he is glad that he can lean on Eleanor Calder at moments such as these. The two have also allegedly spent the entire month of February in Los Angeles together. However, neither Louis Tomlinson, nor Eleanor Calder, has confirmed anything yet.
