"Rick and Morty" Season 3 might see the return of the multi-dimensional Mortys including Evil Morty. Speculations are rife that Evil Morty is responsible for Rick's arrest or the latter's hope to get out of prison.

The show's co-creator Justin Roiland shared a concept art for "Rick and Morty" Season 3 that teased the return of multidimensional Morty. The image shows Rick surrounded by three Mortys. It is interesting to point out the different facial expressions of the three. One looks happy, the other looks scared while the Morty on the ground appears mischievous. Could he be Evil Morty?

The boy on the ground does not have Evil Morty's trademark eye patch. However, speculations are rife that he is in "Rick and Morty" Season 3. Roiland's concept art only fuelled these claims.

Speculations that point to Evil Morty's appearance in "Rick and Morty" Season 3 vary. Fans claimed that he could be behind Rick's arrest. According to iDigital Times, Evil Morty has an agenda against Rick, because the latter does not value the Mortys. Season 1 Episode 10, "Close Rick-Counters of the Rick Kind, revealed the villain created the Council of Ricks against Dimension C-137 Rick. He also orchestrated the Mortys' uprising against Rick.

However, others speculated that Evil Morty might free Rick from prison in "Rick and Morty" Season 3. The Galactic Federation website revealed a user named Fr33R1CK5455, who has secretly hacked a private chat feed. This user seems to have total control over the channel.

Now, this user somehow points to Evil Morty. After all, he is a tech genius. If he can create multidimensional Mortys and Ricks, then he certainly can hack into a private channel. According to Tripped Media, Evil Morty and Dimension C-137 Morty might just work together to free Rick from prison in "Rick and Morty" Season 3.
