Teresa Giudice Having a Spending Spree; May Find Herself Being Bankrupt Again

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice should better watch her spending or she may end up exactly where she was a few years ago. According to reports, she is spending more money than she’s actually earning.

Just last week, Teresa Giudice posted in Instagram a photo of her daughter, Melania, wearing a luxurious communion dress. The white satin dress that made her look like a Disney princess had rhinestones and pearls. To top off her princess look, Melania also had on a rhinestone tiara gloves.

To mark the special occasion that is happening in the Spring, Teresa Giudice is said to be throwing a big party. Maybe it will be just as lavish as the one she threw for her daughter Gia’s sweet sixteen party. The teen is also said to be learning how to drive in a brand new luxury car according to People.

In October, Teresa Giudice was rumored to be sending herself gifts she said were from her husband, Joe Giudice. She wanted her fans to believe their marriage is still rock solid even while Joe was still in prison. He is currently serving a 41-month sentence for multiple counts of bankruptcy fraud. That makes Teresa clearly the only remaining breadwinner of their family.

If she doesn’t curb her spending spree, people close to Teresa Giudice have cause to worry that she might once again end up in financial and legal troubles. She just paid off a substantial tax lien according to a TMZ report. The thing is, she is not used to living modestly. At one time, the popular reality star supposedly said that she would never live in a pre-owned home.

Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe entered a guilty plea to 41 counts of fraud in 2014 after striking a deal with federal prosecutors. The couple allegedly saw them net over $5 million over a ten-year period while engaged in bank, mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.

In addition to Joe’s sentence, a potential deportation to Italy may follow. Teresa Giudice finished her 15-month sentence in a federal prison last December 2015.
