‘Bates Motel’ Season 5 Episode 3 Spoilers: Caleb Or Alex Could Be Norman’s Next Victim

Fans are definitely in for a treat in the coming "Bates Motel" Season 5 episode 3. It now appears that the show is setting up for Norman, or perhaps the Mother persona Norma, to kill once more.

The previous episode ended up with a cliffhanger. Long story short, Norma's brother Caleb is back and eventually learned that his sister died. However, he did not believe that his sister would commit suicide so he decided to snoop around in "Bates Motel" Season 5 episode 2.

And of course, he has to find the body. A shocked Caleb soon found Norma's corpse in the basement but Norman was quick to knock him unconscious. And thus begin the speculations on whether or not Caleb makes it out alive in the coming "Bates Motel" Season 5 episode 3.

At this point, "Bates Motel" spoilers and speculations vary on what to make of Caleb's chances. However, there are those who believe that Caleb is already a goner. According to Screener TV, Norman's hatred for his uncle coupled with the violent tendencies of the Mother persona sealed Caleb's fate.

However, there are those who believe otherwise saying that Caleb still has an important role to play to be disposed of so soon. There are speculations that it would be Caleb that eventually tells Dylan of Norma's death so he is safe for now.

Apparently, the released "Bates Motel" Season 5 episode 3 promo seems to back up this theory. The brief clip shows a still groggy Caleb waking up and hugging Norman thinking that he was Norma. This means that fans are guaranteed of seeing Caleb a bit more, or at least, until next episode.

Meanwhile, Alex Romero could be causing trouble for Norman. He is now aware that his hired henchman failed to kill its mark when Norman visited him in the flesh and very much alive. Infuriated, Alex had some unkind words for Norman as he vowed to come for him when he least expect it, as reported by Movie Pilot.

There is a good chance that Alex will make good on his threat in the coming "Bates Motel" Season 5 episode 3. The promo for the episode shows Alex outside of prison and Norma or the Mother persona ordering Norma to put a bullet right through someone's brain. Is the bullet for Alex or Caleb?
