Disney surely knows how to make blockbuster films. Despite making a film that has been retold numerous times, "Beauty And The Beast" becomes number one on the weekend's box office and it seems that Disney wants to continue its success by considering another sequel.

"Beauty and the Beast" is expected to top the charts for the gross opening of the year. Of course, as every businessman wishes to expand its wealth, the studio reportedly plans to continue Belle's story with a brand new chapter.

"With the expected monster opening of 'Beauty and the Beast' and the excitement that has surrounded the film they are already considering a sequel to be released around 2019 or 2020," a source exclusively told People.

Further, fans may see most of the original cast as the studio wants them back for an original story. Disney would like to explore the next phase of their goal as they are in the middle of bringing their animated classics into live-action sequels. Fans have already expected that production has already started for "The Lion King" and "The Little Mermaid" live-action adaptations.

"Cinderella" was also a success for the studio as its attempt to transform the classic fairy tale into a live-action genre. However, Disney currently decided not to pursue any sequel for Cinderella and her prince. As the studio also decided to remake "Mulan," many express their desire to see an Asian woman to portray the title character as the story was set in Ancient China.

Speaking of the initial success obtained by "Beauty And The Beast", its lead actress Emma Watson has been facing a recent controversy, as reported by Mstarnews. Watson was caught in the middle of a hacking attack that allegedly stolen private photographs of her.

As Emma Watson, 26, and her team clarified that those were not nude photos, many insisted the contrary. As of now, the actress and her legal counsel have proceeded to take legal action against the uncaught perpetrator.
