“The Young and the Restless” spoilers tease that Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is starting to panic as the fallout of her evil actions are unraveling. It will not just be Chloe who will suffer the backlash, for if there is anyone more guilty for hurting Adam (Justin Hartley), it is none other than his own father.

It can be recalled that it was Victor who recruited Chloe into his evil scheme. He even fabricated evidence to get Adam locked up. Chloe would not be able to pull off everything if she didn’t have Victor’s resources. But, when Victor changed his mind about going through with their plan, Chloe decided not to give up on her revenge plan against Adam.
