Abby Lee Miller Plans New 'Supernatural' TV Series About Dance After 'Dance Moms' Exit

Abby Lee Miller has quit the Lifetime show "Dance Moms", but she recently revealed that she will be working on a new show in another network. During the 2017 Kids' Choice Awards, Miller said that she has a new TV show about dance, with some supernatural elements.

After her legal case and the "Dance Moms" drama, coach Abby Lee Miller posted on Instagram that she was quitting the reality show. She also accused the producers of abusing her for the past six years and seven seasons. Furthermore, she said that she would not be returning to the show unless changes were made.

Although some of her fans want her to return, Abby Lee Miller is actually preparing for a new project. According to her Instagram post, she had a business meeting with several people five days ago at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Her captions hint that the meeting has something to do with her Abby Lee Dance Company dancers.

During the 2017 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, Abby Lee Miller told Hollywire TV about her new projects. At first, she talked about supporting her student JoJo Siwa and her new project with Nickelodeon. She then hinted that her new show will be a scripted TV series about dancing, with some supernatural element thrown in the mix.

A few episodes ago, there was a ruckus on the Lifetime show after former classmate Chloe Lukasiak persuaded the other students to join her for a competition during "Dance Moms" Season 7B. Elliana Wahlmsey, Lilliana Ketchman, Maesi Caes and Brynn Rumfallo, affectionately called the Minis, remained in ALDC with Abby Lee Miller.

This could mean that the coach is pitching a new show that could feature the remaining dancers in her ALDC. Abby Lee Miller hasn't had a good reputation when it comes to "Dance Moms". In fact, E! News reported that Maddie Ziegler, one of Miller's former students, didn't even mention her the memoir, "The Maddie Diaries".

Although Ziegler thanked the show for the start of her career, she only acknowledged Sia as her mentor and coach in her autobiography. Despite the controversies surrounding her, Abby Lee Miller said that her career hasn't ended yet, even with the looming threat of jail time.
