"Pokemon Go!" will be having a massive update this summer with most sought out features finally coming to the game. Features such as PvP and legendary Pokemon will be on the most anticipated update. Is Niantic already cooking the "trading" recipe?

The hit mobile game "Pokemon Go!" is approaching its first birthday next month. What are the plans that Niantic has set out for its customers? Niantic Vice President of strategic partnerships Mathieu de Fayet hinted the massive update that will be coming in the game this summer, as reported by Mirror. On his interview with a Brazilian newspaper O Globo, Fayet confirmed that Player VS Player battle and the appearance of Legendary Pokemon would happen soon.

Legendary Pokemon and Player VS Player features are some of the core experience in the usual Pokemon RPG games. Although "Pokemon Go!" is an augmented reality game, it is confirmed that Niantic is planning to add those in one of its summer updates. With the arrival of the new contents, it is expected that players will come back to play this game once again this summer.

"Due to the large success of the game, we had to delay some planned innovations. ...Right now we are working on some that are due to hit this summer (in the northern hemisphere), such as giving more value to the choice of the teams, releasing Legendary Pokémon and introducing PvP." Fayet stated in his interview in a Brazilian newspaper about future events for "Pokemon Go!"

But if there's something that players want a long time ago, it is the capacity to "trade" in the "Pokemon Go!" Trading is one of the most popular activities in every Pokemon Games. Not only will the traded Pokemon be stronger, but it also helps fill the Pokedex. As per "Pokemon Go!" trading, it is expected that trading won't be over the Internet, as reported by BGR.Developer Tatsuo Nomura stated that trading Pokemon on the internet will defeat the purpose of the game.
