Katy Perry is ready to move on from her long-time feud with the singer Taylor Swift. The publicly popular feud has been going on for years and nobody wants to back down. Though it seems like Katy Perry is trying to change things up to make the world a better place.

As a part of her promotion for her newest album "Witness", Perry has been seen in a Worldwide Livestream event that ended on June 12. This event includes an interview with Ariana Huffington for "Thrive Global Podcast", an interview which includes talking about Taylor Swift. As reported by Billboard, when asked about Swift and their long-time feud, the "Bon Appetit" singer answered that she has "forgiven" Swift and is sorry for anything that she did. The singer also stated that she thinks its time to set things over.

Perry also cleared that her single "Swish Swish" was never meant for Swift, as reported by E! News. She also added that the controversial song is not about anyone in particular and that the song could be for anyone who feels like being dragged down by someone. The singer added that she love Taylor Swift and wished her luck on her journey. When asked about Taylor's re-release of her songs on Spotify right after Perry released "Witness", Perry answered: "I don't know, I can only do me."

"And I think she's a fantastic songwriter, and I think that if we, both her and I, can be representatives of strong women that come together despite their differences, I think the whole world is going to go like, 'Yeah, well we can do this.'" Perry further added during her interview with Ariana Huffington.

The "Bon Appetit" singer has admitted being in therapy after having suicidal thoughts. The Livestream also include her interview where she ranked her boyfriends from best (which is John Mayer) and to worst (Diplo).
