The Porsche Mission E is the first fully electric powered car introduced at the Frankfurt Motor Show and will be made available for sale around 2019. Porsche's first all-electric car, the Mission E will be controlled by Porsche Torque vectoring system and is expected to run at a top speed of over 250km/h. The price of Porsche's Mission E will be close to at least $80,000 in the US, the same price to the current Porsche Panamera.

In a report from TechCrunch, Porsche's Mission E was earlier introduced as a concept car at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, however, it is now has been reported to be ready for production at Porsche's Zuffenhausen plant in 2019. Mission E is a four-door sports car which is expected to go between Porsche's Panamera and 911. It is already undergoing early sample tests which can be publicly viewed and final specifications are not yet announced.

However, Porsche's Mission E was conceptualized to have a 600bhp motor, going from 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 12 seconds. Based on a report from Fortune, Mission E became Tesla's "killer" or rival when it comes to its fully electric features and Tesla will not anymore grab all the attention for having fully electric vehicles. Porsche's Mission E is not a plug-in electric hybrid like Porsche's Panamera S E-Hybrid and as such has a system power of 800 V DC with batteries that can be charged by an inductive plate or with a conventional charger system.

When fully charged, it can run as much as 300 miles with a 350kW fast charging feature loading to 80% in just 15 minutes. These features and more were generously shared by Porsche chairman Oliver Blume in the recently held Frankfurt Motor Show. As for the price, Blume may have meant on British and European pricing, however, price strategy is still within those ranges.
