'This Is Us Generations': A Heartwarming Featurette Of NBC's Hit Drama Series 'This Is Us'

NBC drama viewers are all looking forward to the season 2 premiere of "This Is Us" on Sept 26 that a featurette is just in time for those who want to be a part, even by just watching, to the family story of the Pearsons. Starring Mandy Moore as Rebecca and Milo Ventimiglia as Jack Pearson, the featurette titled "This Is Us Generations" will center on their three children Kevin, Kate, and Randall. Kate, Kevin, and Randall all share the same birthdays and this has also affected their lives as they built an invisible bond to each other, even if Randall has different biological parents.

In a report from Spoilers Guide the "This Is Us Generations" featurette comes with the connections of Jack and Rebecca Pearson's struggle as young parents in the 1980's to the challenges that their kids faced in the present as they reach the age of 37. The Pearson family story will touch the hearts of other families who have a story of their own to tell, it is true that everyone has a unique story as people search for love and fulfillment in life. What the featurette wants to imply is the significance of even the little things that happen in life can still build the foundation of one's personality, and how the bond of a family can never be destroyed even through time, distance and death.

Going back to the previous season, the tear-jerking flashback of Rebecca at the time of 1972 will remind her of what Jack will always be a significant part of her life. Cosmopolitan recalls Jack's lasting statements and might be the last before his death, noting that Jack's death is still a mystery to touch in season 2. Meanwhile, Kate returns from New York City and after a gastric bypass surgery, will be looking through Rebecca's photos and reflects on being a singer like her mom. Kevin will be torn between love and career while Randall faces a more complex decision of adopting a baby, he is also moving on from his biological father's death.

The Golden Globe nominee for Best Television series for Drama comes back as it continues to the Pearson family tells their story and shares their pain and happiness which the viewers can relate. "This Is Us" Season 2 premieres on Sept 26, Tuesday on NBC.
