Leonardo DiCaprio will once again prove his outstanding works in acting and producing, something that he equally wishes for on his directing profession. Even though he can't have it all, his next role as Theodore Roosevelt makes him a perfect candidate for the role, with their similarities in the conservation of nature and the preservation of Earth's biodiversity.

Together with Martin Scorsese, "Roosevelt" will be the next Biopic of Paramount Pictures produced by Appian Way through Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Davisson and Sikelia by Martin Scorsese and Emma Koskoff. Chuck Pacheco will also be producing while the film's writer will be Scott Bloom; "Roosevelt" marks the first deal between Appian and Paramount Pictures.

The former president portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio has played a major role in the Navy as reported by Variety despite his debilitating asthma of which he was able to manage through making a vigorous lifestyle. Roosevelt made a "cowboy persona" of himself and wrote the book "The Naval War of 1812" using his skills as a historian where he was appointed Assistant Secretary of the Navy under President William McKinley. Theodore Roosevelt's life story in the film "Roosevelt" along with his rise in politics as he became the governor of New York and until all the way in the presidency following the assassination of William McKinley.

Theodore Roosevelt or just FDR was literally a cowboy as he projects a tough masculinity, in a report from Esquire, he was almost shot dead in 1912 but continued to finish his speech. He was all tough and rugged but he has a soft spot in making conservation a top priority, he established many new national parks, forests, and monuments intended to preserve the nation's natural resources. Something which the former president and Leonardo DiCaprio share in their interests; as the "Titanic" star founded the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation in 1998 concerned with all areas of the environment.

Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio have worked together multiple times before with "Gangs of New York", "The Aviator", "Shutter Island", "The Departed" and "The Wolf Of Wall Street." They have also ongoing projects like "The Devil In The White City" and "Killers of The Flower Moon" based on their bestselling novels.
