On the night after Kanye West's sixth studio album Yeezus leaked on to the Internet, West and co. went ahead with their former promotional ideas as if nothing had happened.

In line with the previous promotional material, videos promoting Yeezus were projected onto the sides of buildings in major cities. This time, the video scene was shown on the side of Milk Studios in Los Angeles.

The projection made a big splash because a long-rumored clip finally surfaced: a shot-for-shot remake of an infamous scene from the bloody 2000 film American Psycho.

West's crew remade the infamous scene, wherein murderer Patrick Bateman kills Paul Allen to a soundtrack of Huey Lewis and The News. This time, Kourtney Kardashian's longtime boyfriend Scott Disick played Bateman, while Jonathan Cheban, a good friend of West's girlfriend and baby mama Kim Kardashian, played Allen.

Originally, Christian Bale and Jared Leto were in those roles, respectively. Yeezus and Kanye West replaced Huey Lewis' album Fore!.

Rap-Up.com was there to grab some footage of the remade scene. Unfortunately, there's little-to-no-sound in the video, but the visuals seem to be spot on. Check out a side-by-side comparison of the two versions below:

Disick, with his piercing blue eyes and slicked back here is the perfect replacement for Bale. Because of the striking resemblance, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has dressed as Patrick Bateman before.

According to Rap-Up, the Yeezus listening party drew celebrities of all kinds to L.A. Justin Bieber, Tyler, the Creator and even Scott Disick were all there to listen to the latest release from West. Neither Kanye nor Kim Kardashian made an appearance at the party, however.

The news about Yeezus just won't stop! What do readers think is going to happen next in regards to the album's release?
