Besides a release date and tentative date for a new single, indie rock band Arcade Fire have been notably quiet regarding their new album 2013. Now, however, an album title is floating around the web and a mysterious new Instagram account.

Over the weekend, a website www.thereflektors.com popped up and features a simple video of an artist writing "REFLEKTOR" in diamonds inside a circle. The same video, cropped of course, is featured on Instagram.

The mysterious Instagram account then reflects the video, with the symbol and "REFLEKTOR" letters written in landmarks all around the world, including spots in Paris and Rome.

Though it may just seem like guerilla street art, the symbol may be indicative of the new Arcade Fire album title. According to Consequence of Sound, two of the graffiti artists responsible for the Reflektor symbol claim it is a part of the campaign for Arcade Fire's new album.

Adding even more to the speculation, the music featured on thereflektors.com is not dissimilar to an Arcade Fire track.

As of press time, the Canadian band has been mum on the matter. However, a guerilla marketing campaign with little to no fanfare or explanation would not be out of line for Arcade Fire. The "Ready To Start" group initially announced their new album's release date by replying to a random fan on Twitter on July 12.

Other than a few images and teasing an (Australian?) tour in the winter, Arcade Fire has done little else to promote its fourth album.

Arcade Fire's album, perhaps titled "Reflektor" will be released on Oct. 29. A single has been rumored to come out on Sept. 9, but there has been no official word on the matter.
