Harry Styles Dating Rumors 2013, New Girlfriend Cara Delevingne? [PHOTOS]: One Direction Hunk Spotted at Musical w/ Model, 'No Need to Start Drama'

Are Harry Styles and Cara Delevingne dating again? Were they ever dating in the first place? Either way, the 21-year-old model was spotted sitting with the 19-year-old pop star on the evening of August. Perhaps this was Harry's belated birthday present to Cara who turned 21 on August 22? The two were watching "Book of Mormon" and thanks to another audience member snapping a picture, we can clearly see (by the lion finger tattoo) that Harry's date was Cara.

Cara recently spoke about fame and how it has affected her life.

"Fame, do I like it? No," she exclaimed. "It has brought a lot for me in my career but there are a lot of downsides to it. You give up your privacy. I did it to myself but not to my family and friends. You don't ask for it. You just have to live with it."

She also spoke about her slim figure: "It is the stress that does it. I don't exercise. I have been to the gym twice in the last six months and it was too much. I'm rather unfit. It is just stress, because I eat a lot. I have to eat all the time to keep my energy levels up."
