Taylor Swift teases her new 'Red' follow-up album on Twitter

Taylor Swift has mainly been in the headlines lately for supposedly being seen on a date with her The Giver co-star Alexander Skarsgard. While that rumor is slowly cooling down, the "I Knew You Were Trouble" songstress has been busy in the studio working on her new album!

How did we come across this new information? Did some unnamed insider let us know or did we hear it from another media source? We actually found out right from Taylor herself!

Well actually she recently posted on Twitter that she was working on her album. Sorry if you thought Taylor and I were friends. Perhaps one day!

Nevertheless, she did post the following tweet this week:

Taylor recently shared some information on her new album.

"I think the goal for the next album is to continue to change, and never change in the same way twice," the "22" songstress recently told the Associated Press. "How do I write these figurative diary entries in ways that I've never written them before and to a sonic backdrop that I've never explored before? It's my fifth album, which is crazy to think about, but I think what I'm noticing about it so far is it's definitely taking a different turn than anything I've done before."
