Ed Sheeran has proven to be one of the biggest rising stars out there in the music world today. His recent concerts at New York's Madison Square Garden have probably been the most apparent proof of this point. With just himself on stage in front of so many screaming fans, he manages to turn this gigantic arena into an intimate affair. He even debuted a brand new song and spent some time explaining it to his fans as he would a group of friends.

"This is one of my favorite ones from the new record," Sheeran announced to his screaming fans packed into Madison Square Gaden. He asked the crowd to calm their screams so he could explin more about the tune.

"I wrote this song after the Grammys,' he explained. "I was in a situation at the Grammys and everything was kind of all happening at once and there was a lot of people around just talking a lot of shit."

He then said that there was only one person that he noticed really making sense. Ed decided to write this song about that experience.

Ed recently shared some information on his upcoming album, saying that his new songs will focus on "relationship troubles" this time around.

"This album has been a lot of relationship troubles I guess, " Sheeran said. "The first album I was inspired by everything that around me. I was kind of growing up surrounded by a lot of very interesting people and had a lot of stories such as 'The A Team' and 'Small Bump' and stuff like that. This record there has been more drama that has happened in my personal life, so I've written a lot about that."
