Talk about a shocking season finale.

Last night on the season finale of Lindsay Lohan's OWN show titled Lindsay, the actress revealed more than viewers were expecting.

Reports of Lindsay being unavailable or refusing to shoot have been a topic of interest since the show went into production earlier this year. The crew ran into some trouble when trying to get Lindsay to show up for scheduled tapings. The starlet explains her absence; a confession which stunned viewers.

"When the camera's on, I'm on. If I know I'm not capable of being 'on' that's why I would say, 'I couldn't film today'." Lindsay continued, "No one knows this, I had a miscarriage those two weeks that I took off."

She goes on to say that the events of the miscarriage left her unable to get out of bed, saying that, when she couldn't film, it wasn't because she didn't want to, but because she literally "couldn't move."

"I was sick. And mentally that messes with you," Lindsay adds.

She didn't allude to who the possible father could be but she did comment on the now infamous sex list.

"That was part of my Betty Ford- it's step number 5 or step number 8. It's your sexual inventory. So that was really personal to my sponsor. When I was moving, there were two people there that helped me move... Someone took a photo, and I'm pretty sure who it is, unfortunately [they] took that photo and released it."

She goes on to say that, "the fact that that happened was not only humiliating but it was just mean. It was mean-spirited for someone to do that. That's a desperate human being [who is] really F--ked up in the head."

When reflecting on her experience with the show she adds that she was "cried so many times watching it, but that she was happy with the experience and is in a good place now.

"It's strange how things fall into place in life, when you're in a good place and you're okay with being in a good place."

But it looks like not everyone is thrilled with finale. Dina Lohan, Lindsay's mother, immediately took to Twitter after the episode aired tweeting, "Oprah call me."

Looks like mommy wasn't too happy about how the season ended.

As for what's next for Lindsay, the actress is looking forward to shooting a movie this coming June.

She tells viewers that, "The biggest thing I learned from this experience and doing this show is my work ethic is different. I have that fire back in me."
