Tony Romo has had his ups and downs when it comes to playing in the NFL, but as he has started to recover from an injury and started to prepare for the 2014 NFL season, it appears he's caught the fever. World Cup fever that is. The World Cup is coming to it's highly anticipated climax, and after USA's amazing form, it appears Romo has taken a huge interest in the sport. Could the Dallas Cowboys star trade American football for English football?

During the past week he was playing in a 6-on-6 soccer tournament, which he has been apart of for a few years. However, with Romo saying he wanted to take it easy during his rehab, it appears the World Cup may of been treason he got off his chair sooner than he expected. Romo looks as healthy as ever, and seems to have a bit of speed about him, looking like a fully fit and ready-to-go sportsman. That can only be good news for the Cowboys.

After considering drafting Texas A&M star Johnny Manziel Romo should realize that he's not the untouchable star he thought he was, and he will need ever soccer session possible, in order to be at his best in 2014, to prove that he is and always will be the main man in Dallas. Romo will compete with Ex-Cleveland Brown's QB Brandon Weeden, so perhaps he knows he won't have much competition after all, as the Browns QB set many NFL-worst records during his few year career.

Tony's team won the soccer game, but as his team may soon find out, if the playoffs are near or ongoing, he won't show up. The Cowboys have got used to it, and now his soccer team may have to do the same.
