Ever wanted to get a body like Britney Spears? Well today is your lucky day, as the "Piece of Me" singer's personal trainer, Tony Martinez is revealing how she gets the Queen of Pop in shape.

Britney has always been in incredible shape, but lately, the mother of two is leaving us speechless with her killer abs, just look at her lingerie shoot for proof.

So how does she keep her body so perfectly toned?

The answer: Summer beach workouts!

Fitness expert, Martinez opens up to E! News, and says that the serene setting of the beach makes it a perfect place for a relaxing workout.

"I wanted her to have something at the beach," the fitness guru explains. "It's so calm and peaceful. You can see the dolphins out there, and I try to make the exercises facing the ocean."

Spears enlists the help of Tony two times a week for 30 to 40 minutes sessions each time, to whip her body into shape.

And the beach workouts aren't just for the nice view; Martinez explains that working out in the sand can actually be beneficial for the body.

"Her abs and legs look great because of all that work in the sand, and it's easier on the joints," he explains.

As for what they do during the workouts, Tony explains that he likes to switch it up.

"I don't want it to get boring, so I change it up a lot, but it's always at the beach and it's always interval training."

As far as the kind of trainings that the two do together, he explains that they do an exercise called "cement mountain climbers."

"Britney's forearms are against or lying on a cement wall and she is kneeling over with her feet on the Tony Martinez Core Discs, and she brings the discs toward the cement wall or toward me," Tony explains to E! News. "She will do 25 of those."

A lot of the exercises focus on using the Tony Martinez Band or Core Discs, which the fitness expert designed. She will use the band to do chest presses and reserve lunges, which she does about 20 of.

He also says that the workouts are very high intensity with only about 10 to 15 seconds of rest in between each exercise.

While the exercises might be strenuous, the trainer does reveal that he likes to maximize the fun in each drill. "I think that's the while point about being by the beach. It's about feeling good and having fun."

And it sounds like the workout is pretty fun, as the two even add a game of volleyball into the mix, after the workout is over.
