The 2014/15 NFL season is fast approaching, and all eyes are on the pre-season games, and the rookies that are currently looking to make a huge impact. Despite being rookies, Michael Sam, Johnny Manziel and Teddy Bridgewater are three of the most-hyped talents that have ever entered the NFL, and for very different reasons. Manziel went toe-to-toe with the first openly gay draftee in NFL history, Sam, and he got slammed to the ground, despite an impressive effort. On top of that, his rival QB Bridgewater had a stunning game. Did the Cleveland Browns realize against the St. Louis Rams, that they should of drafted the Minnesota Vikings man?

Money Manziel had a great game, replacing Brian Hoyer, but many people stated before the kick-off, that Sam would be facing Manziel in one of the most exciting match-ups of pre-season. Manziel has been highly discusses for his erratic behaviour, whilst Sam was the first player to reveal he is gay prior to entering the NFL. Both players are talented, but they've had enormous pressure off-the-field, so they were looking to impress. Both had a great game, but Sam sacked Manziel, slamming him to the ground, which sent the internet in to a football frenzy, and after that he mocked him with the Money Manziel money sign.

Manziel proved he could be the spark the Browns needed, but Bridgewater also threw two touchdowns for the Vikings in their pre-season game. Ironically the Browns were stuck between whether they needed Johnny or Teddy, and opted for their troubled star, but could they be starting to regret that decision already? With a chip on his shoulder, Bridgewater might just prove the Browns and the NFL wrong.

Which rookie in our 'Rookie Watch' excites you the most, and which QB will have the better season?
