As Nashville prepares to return to ABC on Sept. 24, the cast joined together to support and raise money for a charity in Tennessee. The cast threw a party at Rayna James's house (that they use to shoot at on set) for a fun charity event last weekend.

The cast put aside their onscreen fights and relationships and all enjoyed a night in Tennessee together to raise money for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. Rayna's (played by Connie Britton) on screen ex, Teddy Conrad (played by Eric Close) even returned to the house for the night.

"This is the first time I've been allowed back in my house since Rayna kicked me out. It's really good to be back!" Eric joked to People.

According to the publication, the benefit raised $200,000 for Second Harvest. The charity works to eliminate hunger 46 different countries and parts of Tennessee including Middle and West Tennessee.

The musical cast joined forces on Saturday night to perform together and hangout while raising money for the charity, which is close to their hearts. "We love this town. Our show is about this town and Second Harvest feeds the stomach of this city," Charles Esten (who plays Deacon Claybourne) said.

Charles was one of the cast members who performed during the event. He sang "No On Will Ever Love You" with T Bone Burnett. He will also be one of two live musical performances during the season three premiere. Chris Carmack (who plays Will Lexington) will also perform live from the Bluebird Café on Sept. 24.

Tune in next week to see what happens with Rayna and Deacon and how their relationship will pan out.
