At 45-years-old Jennifer Aniston still reigns in as one of the sexiest women in Hollywood. She is infamously known for her yoga and Pilates dedication as well as her strict healthy diets. We have five killer secrets Ms. Aniston lives by.

1. Keep your workouts fresh.

The yoga fanatic told Women's Health that you must keep your workouts fresh. How so? "Mixing it up is always fun because that way you know you're excited, and its muscle confusion. It keeps you body awake," said Aniston.

She loves to mix up strength training, which helps increase muscle tone and keep those long toned legs she's famous for. Pilates, weight and resistance bands are a great way to change up your workout routine, and you can do this right from the comfort of your own home!

2. Moderation is key. Having a Bloody Mary from time to time wont hurt!

Moderation is key and indulgence is ok once in awhile. "I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to... I don't starve myself in an extremist way. My advice: just stop eating shit every day."

3. Embrace the aging process

As the spokesperson for Aveeno skincare, we have no problem taking her advice when it comes to a healthy skin regimen. "They say youth is wasted on the young, but I feel just as youthful if not more then I did when I was 25. I'm more in my body; I'm more in my mind." She told Parade.

The actress explains that before she goes to bed every night she always washes her face. She uses the mild-scented Aveeno cleanser as she states she's not that into scented products.

4. Indulge in your food

The former Friends star has a strict Sunday morning regimen starting at 11 a.m. "You'll find me having eggs and a bagel and reading the paper. How I take my eggs depends on my mood. But I always throw a yolk in there- the yolk's get a bad rap."

5. Smile

It's important to have a happy outlook on life. Even with the pressure of paparazzi and media digs, the actress always finds time to just...smile.

"If you want to make me smile, there are so many ways. Show me puppy videos. Cute puppy videos."
