What Embarrassing Photo Did Kelly Ripa Accidentally Send To Her In-Laws?

Kelly Ripa has fallen victim to the accidental photo share scandal and she told David Letterman all about it. The Live with Kelly and Michael host revealed that although she isn't one of the many celebrities who have had nude pictures exposed, she did accidentally send an awkward picture to her in-laws.

During Kelly's appearance on Late Night she revealed that she accidentally sent her in-laws a picture of her butt. A butt selfie, or, "belfie," to be exact. The 43-year-old blames the incident on the fact that she doesn't understand the iCloud. It sounds like a similar story to the awkward experience that Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel's characters had in Sex Tape, but this time it was real.

The TV personality explained that she tried to send a belfie of herself to her husband Mark Consuelos but she sent it to his parents instead. "I sent him a cute, adorable butt selfie in my underpants," Kelly told David. "It's the only time I've ever sent a semi-nude anything, ever!"

Luckily her in-laws didn't think twice about the funny photo. In fact they responded to the picture by sending an e-mail that said, "We're so proud of all the hard work. Your exercise classes are really paying off and you look great. May God continue to bless you."

In honor of her picture mix up, Kelly took another belfie backstage before doing her interview that showed off her killer legs and awesome black dress. "Will Dave figure out what a belfie is? Find out tonight on @Letterman" she wrote.

She ended her story by telling David not to make the same mistake she did. "I'm a cautionary tale," she joked.
