Our beloved former Nickelodeon Star is at it again!

Actress Amanda Bynes has reportedly been stopped by security guards at the luxury shopping store Barneys New York on Wednesday for shoplifting a $200 hat, according to TMZ.

According to the site, the troubled star was shopping at the Madison Avenue store when she was trying on a hat and attempted to leave the building only to be stopped by guards.

Allegedly an eyewitness saw Bynes "acting crazy"

Though the star reportedly told the guards that she never intended to steal the item, that she was just trying to run and mask herself from fans that were chasing her.

As the site states, the security guards let her go before police arrived in exchanged for signing a no-trespass document banning her from coming back to the store.

Four police officers arrived to the scene, however the security guards had already let her go.

This has been only one of the many incidences that Bynes has been involved in. She has also begun her odd Twitter behavior again.

She recently tweeted Tuesday "I'm transferring to NYU or Columbia from FIDM to study psychology, so you'll see me in New York if you live here but I HATE STALKERS!"

Her downward spiral all began in 2012 with a string of driving-related incidences. As the Hollywood Reporter stated in a timeline of the actresses' legal troubles beginning on March 7, 2012 she left the scene as an officer was writing her a ticket for talking on her cellphone. A month later in April she was arrested for a DUI and again arrested the same incidence in June.

She even took to twitter stating, "I don't drink." We also can't forget her endless rants about her undying love for rapper Drake.

As the Barney story unfolds we will be giving updates.
