This week's episode of The Mindy Project is all about lies and beer pong. In "The Devil Wears Lands' End," Mindy finds herself caught in a pretty big lie, but Danny comes to the rescue.

The episode begins as Mindy and Danny are driving home from a wedding and get pulled over. Mindy talks and then cries her way out of the ticket earning her a sexual favor from Danny as a reward. This couple is too much, but we love them.

At the office the next day, Peter is looking for a new beer bong partner to take to his Dartmouth College alumnae tournament, but no one in the office is volunteering. Meanwhile the whole group of doctors is late for a hospital meeting and after Mindy's phone goes off to Iggy Azalea's "Fancy" the whole team is punished.

The new head of the hospital, Dr. Jean Fishman (played by Niecy Nash) punishes them by giving them the graveyard shift. In order to fix the issue, Mindy vows to befriend her and then get the practice a better shift. Mindy does manage to impress Jean on their date in the city, but she then gets into a bigger problem when Jean kisses her!

After telling the whole office that she kissed Jean, they have mixed feelings. They now have a better shift so everyone except for Danny thinks it is okay to pretend to be a lesbian. Mindy gets a call from Jean and accidentally invites her over for a night lying by the fire.

Back in beer bong land, Peter decides to bring Jeremy as his partner, even though they are still fighting about Lauren. Peter wants to beat Shonda Rhimes (creator of Scandal, Grey's Anatomy and How to Get Away With Murder), the only women allowed in the competition, because she is so successful, and prove that he is awesome. Jeremy drops his accent for the competition and gets a frat name... Barf, in order to fit in.

At the Dartmouth Beer Pong tournament, Peter gets really into it and as a team they are dominating. Eventually Peter explains why his nickname is actually Leftie in the frat world. He is called Leftie because every girl he has ever like has left him for one of his friends, just like Lauren left him for Jeremy. Of course, Jeremy feels terrible and vows to help him win it all.

They are hilarious as the bro-out and bond while they take down one team at a time. They eventually win the whole thing and celebrate with everyone as they cheer for Leftie and Barf. Even Shonda gives them props for their win. It is everything good about college rolled into one scene. In the end, Jeremy gets the group to change Peter's nickname, but Peter freezes and chooses "diarrhea" and his new name.

In a switch back to Mindy, she decides to come clean to Jean with the help of Danny. As they are at the hospital, Mindy talks about the kiss just as Jean's wife walks in! She obviously, ruins everything yet again and Jean is pissed. Later that night Mindy calls to apologize and manages to lie about how upset Danny is and says he is going to kill himself, prompting Jean and her wife Deborah (played by Julie Goldman) to come over.

Danny doesn't want anything to do with Mindy's lies, but when he hears Jean yelling at Mindy he gives in and pretends to be suicidal over the kiss. He completely over acts as Mindy tries to coach him on what to say and do. In an unlikely twist, Danny gets really into it and he throws wine in her face.

Eventually they all talk and Jean and Deborah help Danny and Mindy fake resolve their problems. They all make up and Jean agrees not to put them on the late shift again. As they leave Danny looks at Mindy and says, "and that's how it's done."
