The NY Knicks have high expectations, and their star-studded audience proves that, too. New York is the place to be, and perhaps that's why Carmelo Anthony opted to stay with the Knicks, and perhaps that's why Taylor Swift and lingerie model Karlie Kloss were in attendance for their home-opener. Others, including Justin Bieber and Ben Stiller, were there, but could the attractive female fans be just the motivation the Knicks need? Then again maybe not, as they went away beating the Cleveland Cavaliers, showing that maybe, just maybe, the fans and their expectations could hold them back.

Swift and her model friend, Kloss, drank beer and Diet Cokes as they watched the Knicks lose their opening game against the Chicago Bulls. However, it was their first road game which saw all of the action, with Carmelo ruining the Cavaliers' party. He explained: "We got our party spoiled last night. Always good to return the favor to someone else. We come into a hostile environment like this, everyone is excited, they're creating something new out here, so for us to come out and really lock in and focus and kind of steal this game, we'll take that."

Even teammate Amar'e Stoudemire agreed, saying, "It was pretty incredible. I've never seen anything like that before. The city was on fire. There was so much traffic getting to the game, there were so many people in the streets, with LeBron being back. But too bad we came in and spoiled their excitement."

However, once the pressure was on the Cavaliers, the Knicks became a dominant force. Many are now wondering, could their star-studded audience hurt their chances of winning the NBA title this season?
