The Cleveland Browns are one of the surprise teams of the NFL this season, and despite coming off the back of a loss this weekend, they're in a celebratory mood today. Why, you ask? Josh Gordon, who was arguably the best WR in the league last season, is back from his drug ban, and he's ready to push his team to the finish line. Teammate Andrew Hawkins has insisted it will be a "breath of fresh air", and now Brian Hoyer and Ben Tate will have the help they need, but can this foursome take the 'Dawg Pound' all the way to the Super Bowl?

Coach Mike Pettine has tried to lower the expectations that many have set for the WR, saying, "This is a player that's missed ... it's probably around 75 to 80 days and 10 games and a preseason game. It's a significant amount of time not having contact and being apart. I just don't know if you walk back in and are able to be functional."

The 6-4 Browns have lost all four games by a close margin, and perhaps if Gordon had played, they would've won a few more, making themselves a clear playoff favourite. However, the question is, can he come in and make an immediate impact? Can he influence the team in the same way he did last season, or will he need the rest of the year just to adjust again?

Considering Hawkins has got a much bigger role in Gordon's absence, his backing of his return has shown just how VITAL it is to the Browns and their Super Bowl chances, however small they might be.
