'Thor' Star Chris Hemsworth Named PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive For 2014 [VIDEO]

Like we didn't already know! PEOPLE magazine has named Avengers: Age of Ultron actor Chris Hemsworth the sexiest man alive, but we could have already told you that.

"I think you've bought me a couple of weeks of bragging rights around the house," he told PEOPLE his thoughts on his new title, along with his wife, Elsa Pataky's reaction. "I can just say to her, 'Now remember, this is what the people think, so I don't need to do the dishes anymore, I don't need to change nappies. I'm above that. I've made it now.' "

Yes, ladies, he is taken, and to the beautiful Spanish model whom they have three kids together- daughter India, 2, and 8-month-old sons, Sasha and Tristan.

"We just had a big beach day with the kids, swimming and kicking the ball around," he said. "That was the first time in a long time we've done that. That's what it's all about."

Both Hemsworth and Pataky think his new title is "pretty funny" and they remain as humble as possible. As MStars News readers already know, the couple wants to raise their children back in Australia- who needs the limelight and title of "sexiest man alive? When you've got the warm Australia beaches and the love of family.

"We're spending more and more time back in Australia and I definitely want the kids to grow up there and spend time here," he said.

To gain his prestigious PEOPLE magazine title – which has also been given to Adam Levine in 2013 and Channing Tatum in 2012 – the brother of Liam Hemsworth has been busy filming Avengers: Age of Ultron, In the Heart of the Sea, Vacation, Blackhat and The Huntsman.
