Appearing on The Tonight Show last night, British actor, comedian and rabble-rouser Russell Brand has revealed he'd 'gay marry' Jimmy Fallon, after accusing the host bullying of him, saying he'd satirized him with hate crimes!

Fallon, who had called Brand a "studly man, a manly man" (before calling him out for watching Frozen in the green room with his friends), played the genial host while a manic Brand tried to run conversational rings around him.

The pair's bromance was front and center though, with the Get Him To The Greek actor arguing that he's more committed to he and Fallon's friendship. "I think I've put more into our relationship than you have," Brand said. "I have. I think I love you more than you love me. That's what it feels like some times."

But it turns out Brand had problems with Fallon's impressions of him, confronting the host about his willingness to 'bully' Brand by mimicking him. Said Brand, "You satirized me with hate crimes about the way I talk."

Which, obviously, prompted Fallon to unlimber his over-the-top Brand impression, which Brand called a "bloody good impression," adding that "In a way it's an honor to be humiliated by you."

The chat culminated with Brand joking "I'd like to gay marry you, so hard," as a clearly delighted Fallon laughed along.

The comedian and ex-husband of Katy Perry is in the US after the release of his new book, Revolution, which also saw him lambasted on social media and prompting the Russell Brand "Parklife" meme.

Later the pair played a game of 'Word Sneak', with Brand having to sneak phrases such as 'Calamari', 'female bodybuilder' and 'bunghole' into conversation with Fallon, who was doing likewise.

It's not often we see Fallon shocked into silence, but the hyperactive talk show host was "baffled into silence" as US Weekly put it, as the verbose Englishman let loose with a number of wordy tirades in an effort to slip the word 'loofah' into conversation.

Later Brand also tweeted out that he'd won the game. Who do you think came out on top?
