Ariana Grande and Bette Midler are the two least likely stars you'd think would be in a feud with each other, but after going back and forth with jabs, it seems that the two are in a good place now that the Hocus Pocus star apologized for her comments.

"About my screed on @ArianaGrande, all I can say is, 'Spoken like a reformed old whore!'" the First Wives Club actress wrote on Twitter. "She does have a beautiful voice, on a couch or off."

The Divine Miss M was referring to her scathing comments about the "Problem" singer and pop starlets in general who use sex to sell records.

"It's terrible!" Bette told the U.K.'s The Telegraph. "It's always surprising to see someone like Ariana Grande with that silly high voice, a very wholesome voice, slithering around on a couch looking so ridiculous. I mean, it's silly beyond belief and I don't know who's telling her to do it."

The legendary actress and singer blamed the people around the pop star for pushing her to do the more racy material.

"I wish they'd stop," she said. "But it's not my business, I'm not her mother. Or her manager. Maybe they tell them that's what you've got to do. Sex sells. Sex has always sold."

"Whatever structures there were have fallen apart. And now it's whatever you feel like doing you can do. I mean, apparently people really like to pretend they're having sex. They really like to slap each other's butts," she continued. "Trust your talent. You don't have to make a whore out of yourself to get ahead. You really don't."

As MStars News reported, the "Break Free" singer responded to her idol in a classy way.

"Bette was always a feminist who stood for women being able to do whatever the F they wanted without judgement! Not sure where that Bette went but I want that sexy mermaid back!!!" Big Sean's girlfriend wrote. "Always a fan no matter what my love"
