'Parks And Recreation' Final Season, Park & Rec Last Days On Set - Stars Share Twitter Pics From Final Moments

Say it isn't so!! We are about to head back to Pawnee, Indiana one last time, but while us as the viewers get to watch the last 13-episode season of Parks and Recreation, the stars behind the show just had to say goodbye to each other earlier this week. Amy Poehler, Aziz Ansari, Nick Offerman, Aubrey Plaza, Rashida Jones, Adam Scott, and Chris Pratt, to name a few, finished filming the last scene of the last episode of Parks and Rec ever. In honor of the final day on set, the fans of the hit series got the hashtag #ThankYouParksCrew trending on Twitter.

According to E! News, the show finished filming on Friday and fans will have to prepare to say goodbye on February 24, when it airs its one-hour series finale.

Some of the stars of the show, including Aubrey Plaza and Chris Pratt took to their Twitter accounts to post some of the sad and memorable pictures from the last day of filming.

Plaza expressed her sadness over leaving, posting a picture of the whole Pawnee gang and writing, "last day. Goodbye Pawnee. You are all the loves of my life. I HATE GOODBYES. #thanksparkscrew.


Chris Pratt, also posted a heartfelt message, writing, "Lot of years, lots of tears, lots of love, lots of gratitude."

The seventh and final season of the series will begin airing on January 13 and two back-to-back episodes will premiere each week leading up to the series finale on February 24.
