Fox News won't stop referring to Jay Z as a crack dealer. The hip hop superstar and millionaire entrepreneur businessman might have been dealer a long time ago, but two decades of dominating the entertainment industry isn't enough to stop Fox News from still characterizing him as a "crack dealer", and The Daily Show's Jon Stewart and Jessica Williams delivered a stunning rebuke on last night's episode. Meanwhile, as Jay Z, wife Beyonce and producer Timbaland are being sued by a Hungarian singer over "Drunk In Love", the hip hop royalty pair have been in New York hanging out with Rita Ora at the annual Roc Nation holiday party, and hitting the red carpet with Will Smith, Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx for the premiere of the Jay Z-produced Annie.

Fox News host Sean Hannity introduced a segment by saying New York Governor "Andrew Cuomo thought it was appropriate to take some advice from a guy that admits that he sold crack and was a drug dealer and actually shot somebody." It was in reference to Cuomo's meet up with Jay Z to talk about the response to the no indictment verdict delivered in the Eric Garner case.

"Why would the governor pick him? We can't do better than the former crack dealer?" Hannity also asked.

Said Stewart: "I don't even know what to do here, it's so far over the line. I mean," he continued, "'crack dealer Jay Z'?"

As Williams points out, "Hova has done quite a few other things since his dealing days, which you would think would impress people on Fox, because we all know how they like to preach to black folks about responsibility, self improvement and what's wrong with the black community."

Williams adds that Fox must have instigated "a new rule where people must be labelled according to the worst thing they've ever done", saying that if that's the case, Rush Limbaugh, Ted Nugent, Mark Fuhrman, Oliver North and G Gordon Liddy need new descriptions for their chyrons.

"Jay Z," she explains, "is the guy they keep saying they want all other black guys to be, but to them he's still a crack dealer."

It's a terrific, stinging rebuke to the typical boneheaded Fox News stupidity. You can watch The Daily Show clip below:

Jay Z and Beyonce might be too busy to care, however. The pair and Rita Ora, as reported by E! Online hosted friends like Fabolous, Big Sean, Santigold, Haim, Wardell, and DJ Ross One for the Roc Nation holiday party as "partygoers indulged in specialty D'usse cocktails as well as glasses of Armand de Brignac champagne."

Jay also hit the red carpet for Annie along with co-producer Will Smith, with Jay saying that the film "feels like New York City. It feels like magic."

"Every time you revisit a timeless story in this way, ," said Will, "you always want to be able to add something different."

He also praised his hip hop bud and Australian singer Sia, who worked on Annie's soundtrack. "Jay and Sia did a really brilliant job of creating that new sound, new vibe, new energy," Smith told press.
