What do you get when you mix Fox's animated comedy series Bob's Burgers, melancholy indie rock band The National and Christmas? Well, the result is the new tune "Christmas Magic," which this week got an animated music video with the band members looking like regulars on the series - only they're actually holiday ornaments hanging on the Belcher family's Christmas tree. We should also mention that this is possibly the saddest Christmas song of 2014, and/or ever! Watch this great new holiday treat right here!

We've decided to share the lyrics to this brief-yet-devastating song with you, too.

"All the cold, hungry people dying in the streets. But me and my family will be warm tonight; warmer than those people."

The song's title is repeated pretty often as well.

This isn't the first time the band and the series have teamed up for a holiday song, either. Back in 2013, The National took part in a similar animated music video for "Sailors in Your Mouth," which was a Thanksgiving themed song.

Basically, the song was about a group of sailors, portrayed by the band members in the cartoon, that sailed on the gravy boat, onto your holiday dinner, and then into your mouth.

This somber number is a bit longer, stretching through multiple verses and refrains, and even taking place inside Bob's mouth. The video gets kind of trippy with the show's characters getting a little more involved, ending with the band sliding down Bob's throat.
