It's New Year's Eve, and what better day to watch college football Bowl games! This year's Vizio Fiesta Bowl will be between Boise State and Arizona as the 20th ranked Broncos (11-2) take on the 10th ranked Wildcats (10-3) for the first time ever in college football at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona. The game kicks off at 4 p.m. on New Year's Eve, December 31. Read on below for preview power rankings and to find out where you can watch and stream the bowl game.

For the Vizio Fiesta Bowl, Arizona will look to bounce back after a huge 51-13 beatdown in the Pac-12 Championship game against the Oregon Ducks, while Boise State will rely on running back Jay Ajayi, because, as Sports Illustrated point out, they're 9-0 when he runs for 100 yards or more.

Of Boise State, in his Fiesta Bowl preview, The Bleacher Report's Adam Wells says:

"Boise State returns to the game that made it famous eight years ago. In 2006, the Broncos finished a 13-0 season with a stunning victory over Oklahoma. This year, first-year coach Bryan Harsin has brought the program back to those roots following an 11-2 season.

"Despite its return to a premier bowl game, Boise State is still looking for a signature win in 2014. The Broncos' lost their only game against a ranked team when Mississippi beat them 35-13 in the season opener but did go 11-1 after that."

As for the Arizona Wildcats, Wells says: "Arizona may not be the sexiest team on offense, yet it has an explosive element that Boise State lacks. The Wildcats aren't afraid to be on this stage after defeating Oregon in October."
