Season 3 of the CW's Arrow returns on Wednesday, but the cast of the show assembled at PaleyFest 2015 on Saturday and previewed the show's return. Star Emily Bett Rickards discussed what's in store for Olicity during the rest of Season 3 during the panel.

The relationship between Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity has been frosty during the most recent stretch of Season 3 after Oliver came back from the dead after his duel with Ra's al Ghul. Felicity dropped the line "I don't want to be a woman that you love" on Ollie a few episodes back, and things have been icy between them ever since.

So where does Felicity stand with Oliver now?

"She’s like, ‘Hell no, I’m not going to deal with somebody who only gives half of their emotions.’ But she still cares for him deeply," Rickards said during the panel, according to TVLine. But right now, “She needs the time to go and explore her options,” which include Brandon Routh's Ray Palmer. “She needs that nourishment and support of love.”

And what does Amell think? “If there’s…a moment where Oliver finally decides to ‘let go’ and get into the land of the living, the object of his affection would most likely be Felicity," he said. "But she’s spoken for.”

In case you missed it, here is the official description for the upcoming Episode 16 entitled "The Offer."

"DC COMICS’ VILLAIN MURMUR SWEEPS INTO STARLING CITY — Still weighed down by his last meeting with Ra’s al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable), Oliver (Stephen Amell) returns home to find a new villain and his crew have started terrorizing Starling City – Michael Amar AKA Murmur (guest star Adrian Glynn McMorran), a man whose mouth has been sewn shut. Meanwhile, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) bond over their issues with their fathers and Nyssa make Laurel an offer. Thea (Willa Holland) is forced to come to terms with her father after Oliver brings Malcom (John Barrowman) to the loft to recover, and Lance (Paul Blackthorne) shuts out both Laurel and the Arrow. Dermott Downs directed the episode written by Beth Schwartz & Brian Ford Sullivan (#316)."
