In case you hadn't noticed, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is in stellar shape. The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar, who might as well moonlight as a bodybuilder instead of being an actor as well, recently finished off his appearance on WrestleMania and is now celebrating the uber success of his latest film Furious 7. So perhaps it's not such a bad idea that he's a talented actor as well... and quite charming. #TripleThreat! Anyway, given the fact that the man is bigger than a Smart Car, he recently spoke with Muscle and Fitness and doled out some very knowledgeable workout and diet advice.

For starters, if you want to look like The Rock, you've got to 1) work out crazy hard, and 2) eat 10 pounds of food a day.

Yep, seriously. Ten pounds of food every single day!

Johnson recently told the bodybuilding publication that he eats "seven meals a day," most of which consist of protein, vegetables and carbs.

Of course, if you want to look like The Rock, you've got to work hard... starting at 4 a.m. The WWE star admits that he does "cardio 4-5 a.m., then take 4-6 scoops of Optimum's Amino Energy."

After that – when we're all still asleep – he moves onto breakfast, then a 90 minute workout, then some more grub, and even some Gatorade.

Which leaves us wondering when he has the time to rehearse for both his films and the WWE.

Yes, sorry, wrestling-lovers... rehearse for wrestling.

Take a look at all seven of his meals over at Muscle and Fitness.

Check out the trailer for the newly released Furious 7, which appears to be breaking some impressive records.
