'The Americans' Season 3: Ep 12 Spoilers: Will Matthew Rhys, Keri Russell Discover Claudia's "Endgame?" [WATCH]

Season 3 of The Americans continues on FX after a major plot twist. In Episode 11,now that their secret is out in the open, are undercover spies Philip Jennings (Matthew Rhys) and Elizabeth (Keri Russell) Jennings ready for Claudia (Margo Marrindale)'s "endgame?"

In our previous recap, after Paige confronted them about their lies, Elizabeth and Philip gave in, telling their daughter the truth. Removing his fake accent, Philip spoke in his native Russian tongue. Elizabeth reveals they have been getting information as spies, serving peace and their country. The parents warn their daughter, if she says anything to anyone, they will go to jail.

In our recent recap, Clark (Rhys) taught Martha (Alison Wright) how to lie during her interrogation at FBI headquarters. With more risks involved, Philip wants Gabriel (Frank Langella) to get Elizabeth to visit her dying mother. With her world falling apart, Paige was unable to speak to her parents, especially when her real grandmother was mentioned.

In an interview with The New York Post, showrunners Joel Fields and Joe Weisberg reveal what's coming up next. Weinberg teases, "You've got three episodes to track this kid's response to this cataclysmic event in her life. If Paige were 90 years old on her deathbed, she would talk about the day in the kitchen. What are the days and weeks after that moment going to be like in her life?"

Fields adds Stan Beeman (Noah Emmerich) will certainly be involved, "Though Paige is seeing everything differently ... Stan has no reason to suspect his neighbors at this point. But it's certainly changing the dynamic in that family and if you know anything about Stan, you know that he's got pretty good radar."

As we previously mentioned, the Justified actress would be returning to reprise her role. In the footage, we see Claudia going head-to-head with Gabriel. Though it spells trouble for the Jennings, I smell an Emmy nod for these two!

With FX renewing the spy/drama series for season 4. Weisberg adds, "We've been thinking about the endgame since the beginning. We have a lot of ideas for it but...we haven't landed on what it is. We're open to even rethinking the ideas that we have."
