Bobby Flay Cheating Scandal On 'Law & Order: SVU' Wife Stephanie March With Assistant Elyse Tirrell

Things are heating up in Bobby Flay's kitchen but probably not the way that he was hoping for. While there have been cheating rumors and scandals that have rocked the Food Network in the past, including talk that Giada De Laurentiis had stepped out on her hubby with John Mayer and Matt Lauer, it looks like Flay's indiscretions are actually rooted in fact. New reports are claiming that Flay has been seeing stepping out on his Law & Order: SVU actress wife, Stephanie March, with his assistant Elyse Tirrell.

According to Radar Online, while the world famous chef filed for divorce from his wife earlier this month, he was reportedly seeing his own assistant, Tirrell, on the side.

Page Six is reporting that March was well aware of the romance between Tirrell and her hubby as she vented to her friends about the incident. Her pal Maia Madison spoke to the publication saying that March confided in her about the cheating, saying, "I can't believe the last ten years of my life have been a lie."

Fifteen months ago, Bobby posted a picture of him and Elyse to his Instagram account, which should have set off some red flags for his wife.

However, it seems that Stephanie was blind to the incident, as she told Maia that Elyse always acted weird when they ran into each other at Flay's restaurant, but that she thought nothing of it.

"Elyse has always seemed so nervous when Stephanie came to one of the restaurants, and Stephanie, not knowing what was happening, went out of her way to compliment her and try to make her more comfortable," Madison explained. "Elyse had even been to Stephanie's home when she was there- and when she wasn't."

However, it was Laurence Kretchmer, Bobby's business partner, who painted a different picture of March, saying, "As ugly as Stephanie is going to look [when this news comes out], she will look uglier when other things come out."

It looks like this story is just starting to boil.
